    Requirements for returned items:
    1. The item has not been used (including for photo/video shooting) and has retained its retail condition.
    2. The clothes are not mended.
    3. There are no stains/foundation cream, etc. on the clothes.
    4. The product has a label, sticker, tag, etc. All labels, stickers, tags must not be torn or cut off from the product.
    5. If the above points are not met, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.

    Refund:
    1. After receiving the goods and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods have been met, we will issue a refund.

    2. The refund is made by transfer to the buyer's card account, no later than 3-4 business days from the moment the seller receives the returned goods and confirms that the buyer has complied with the terms of returning the goods.
