    Requirements for returned items:
    1. The item has not been used (including its use for photo/video shooting) and has retained its marketable appearance.
    2. Do not wash your clothes.
    3. There are no stains/tonal cream etc. on the clothes.
    4. The product has a label, sticker, label, etc. All labels, stickers, labels must not be torn or cut from the product.
    5. If the above points are not observed, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.




    Refunds:
    1. After receiving the goods and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods have been met, we refund the funds.

    2. Refunds are made by transfer to the buyer's card account, no later than 3-4 working days after the seller receives the returned goods and confirms the buyer's compliance with the terms of returning the goods.
